Artist Concept

Taking off from Smith Sculptors studios in the hills of Gidgegannup to land on the plains of the Swan Valley, the “Black Swans Return” sculpture at Military Road in Hazelmere, has been designed as a visually arresting image, visible from the Roe Highway as a constant reminder to passing traffic, of the fact that these beautiful, critically important symbols of our stressed ecosystem, deserve our fullest support and care within the sprawl of human development.
